Calcined Kaolin is an anhydrous aluminum silicate produced by heating natural kaolin to high temperatures, resulting in increased hardness and altered particle shape. This process enhances its suitability as a filler in coatings, polymers, rubber, and specialty applications.

Typical applications include extender and filler in paints and coatings, polymers, rubber compounding, specialty applications and plastic and PVC compounding. It is supplied as technical grade for industrial process duty, ≥ 92%. Calcined Kaolin is available in 25 kg multi-layer kraft paper bag, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Every delivery carries the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied together with a full Safety Data Sheet, and lot numbers stay traceable to the manufacturing run.
Delivery covers Mombasa, Kiambu, Machakos, Meru, Bungoma, Trans Nzoia (Kitale), Narok and Busia and the rest of Kenya, with regular export shipments to Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and eastern DR Congo.
