Calcium Lactate Food Grade is a white crystalline salt with the chemical formula Ca(C3H5O3)2, commonly used in the food industry as a firming agent, acidity regulator, and calcium fortification additive.

Typical applications include food and beverage industry, dairy products, processed fruits and vegetables, acidity and flavour adjustment in beverages and Shelf-life extension in bakery and confectionery. Calcium Lactate Food Grade is available in 25 kg bags, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Every delivery carries the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied together with a full Safety Data Sheet, and lot numbers stay traceable to the manufacturing run.
Delivery covers Nairobi, Nakuru, Kajiado, Nyeri, Trans Nzoia (Kitale), Embu, Nyandarua and Busia and the rest of Kenya, with regular export shipments to Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and eastern DR Congo.
