Carbon Black N220 is a black granular form of carbon black, primarily used as a reinforcing filler in rubber products, especially in tire treads for heavy-duty vehicles. It enhances abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and durability.

Typical applications include tire treads for heavy-duty vehicles, rubber products requiring high strength and wear resistance, industrial rubber goods, conveyor belts and colouring of paints, primers and undercoats. It is supplied as industrial grade for general process and manufacturing duty, ≥98%. Carbon Black N220 is available in 25 kg bags, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Every delivery carries the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied together with a full Safety Data Sheet, and lot numbers stay traceable to the manufacturing run.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat, ignition sources, and strong oxidizers. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent inhalation and skin contact. Implement spill control by avoiding airborne dust; vacuum clean spills rather than dry sweeping.
