Caustic Soda Flakes, also known as sodium hydroxide flakes, are solid, white materials characterized by a crystalline structure. They exhibit strong hygroscopic properties, meaning they readily absorb moisture from the atmosphere. When dissolved in water, caustic soda flakes completely dissolve, producing a highly corrosive soda lye and generating substantial heat in the process.

Caustic Soda Flakes is available in 25 kg polypropylene bag, 200 kg iron drum, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Delivery covers Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Meru, Kilifi, Embu, Kirinyaga and Busia and the rest of Kenya, with regular export shipments to Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and eastern DR Congo. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible materials. Keep containers tightly closed. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling. Avoid inhalation of dust and contact with skin and eyes.
