Lactic Acid 80% Food Grade is an 80% aqueous solution of L-(+)-Lactic acid, a naturally occurring organic acid used as a preservative, acidulant, and flavoring agent in the food industry.

Typical applications include food preservation, beverage acidulant, flavor enhancer, dairy product manufacturing and pickling agent. Lactic Acid 80% Food Grade is available in 25 kg plastic drum, 250 kg plastic drum, 1200 kg IBC, Bulk, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Every delivery carries the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied together with a full Safety Data Sheet, and lot numbers stay traceable to the manufacturing run.
Delivery covers Nairobi, Kisumu, Machakos, Nyeri, Kilifi, Laikipia (Nanyuki), Kirinyaga and Nyandarua and the rest of Kenya, with regular export shipments to Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and eastern DR Congo. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling. In case of spills, neutralize with sodium bicarbonate before disposal.
