Long Oil Alkyd Resin is a complex oil-modified polyester widely used in paints, coatings, and adhesives. It offers strong mechanical properties and resistance to impact, flex, wear, and tear. The resin is typically produced by reacting vegetable oils like linseed or soybean oil with phthalic anhydride and polyols.
