Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK), also known as 2-Butanone, is a colorless liquid solvent with a moderately sharp, fragrant, mint- or acetone-like odor. It is widely used in industrial applications such as coatings, adhesives, and cleaning agents due to its effective solvent properties.

Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) is available in 1 liter glass bottle, 5 liter plastic container, 20 liter metal drum, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Every delivery carries the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied together with a full Safety Data Sheet, and lot numbers stay traceable to the manufacturing run.

Store in a cool, well-ventilated area away from heat, sparks, and open flames. Keep container tightly closed. Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilating/lighting equipment. Ground/bond container and receiving equipment. Use only non-sparking tools. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as specified in the safety data sheet (SDS).
