Monoethanolamine (MEA) is a clear, colorless, viscous liquid with an ammonia-like odor. It is used in gas treatment, chemical synthesis, and as a corrosion inhibitor.

Typical applications include gas treatment, chemical synthesis, corrosion inhibition, hard surface cleaner and disinfectant manufacture and food and beverage plant sanitation. It is supplied as technical grade for industrial process duty, ≥ 99%. Monoethanolamine is available in Drums, Bulk containers, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Every delivery carries the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied together with a full Safety Data Sheet, and lot numbers stay traceable to the manufacturing run.
Delivery covers Mombasa, Nakuru, Nyeri, Murang'a, Laikipia (Nanyuki), Kirinyaga, Nyandarua and Busia and the rest of Kenya, with regular export shipments to Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and eastern DR Congo. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area away from incompatible materials. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling. Avoid inhalation and contact with skin and eyes.

P305+P351+P338+P310 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor.
