Potassium Hydroxide (KOH), commonly known as caustic potash, is a strong base utilized in industries such as soap manufacturing, chemical synthesis, and petroleum refining. It appears as a white, odorless solid and is highly corrosive.

Typical applications include soap manufacturing, chemical synthesis, petroleum refining, cleaning compounds and food additive (E525). It is supplied as technical grade for industrial process duty, ≥85%. Potassium Hydroxide Flakes, ACS Grade is available in 25 kg bags, 1000 kg containers, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Every delivery carries the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied together with a full Safety Data Sheet, and lot numbers stay traceable to the manufacturing run.
Delivery covers Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Machakos, Nyeri, Bungoma, Kilifi and Embu and the rest of Kenya, with regular export shipments to Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and eastern DR Congo. Store in a cool, dry place, away from incompatible materials such as acids and water. Ensure containers are tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling.
