Potassium Sorbate is a potassium salt of sorbic acid, commonly used as a preservative in the food and beverage industry to prevent mold and yeast growth. It is also utilized in personal care products and cosmetics to extend shelf life.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use appropriate personal protective equipment when handling.
