Sodium bentonite is a naturally occurring clay primarily composed of montmorillonite, a smectite group mineral rich in sodium. It appears as a fine off-white to light brown powder and is well-known for its exceptional swelling capacity and high water absorption. Sodium bentonite is typically mined from volcanic ash deposits and processed through drying, milling, and sometimes activation to enhance its performance for specific industrial applications.

Sodium Bentonite Powder is available in 50 kg polypropylene bag, 500 g container, 2.5 kg container, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Every delivery carries the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied together with a full Safety Data Sheet, and lot numbers stay traceable to the manufacturing run.
