Zinc stearate is a white, hydrophobic powder with a slight, characteristic odor. It is widely used as a lubricant, release agent, and stabilizer in plastics, rubber, and cosmetics. It improves mold release, reduces friction, and acts as an anti-blocking agent in powdered formulations.

Typical applications include lubricant in plastics and rubber processing, release agent in moldings, stabilizer in cosmetics and personal care products, Anti-caking agent in powdered formulations and candle and wax product manufacture. It is supplied as technical grade for industrial process duty, ≥90%. Zinc Stearate is available in 25 kg bag, 50 kg drum, 200 kg drum, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Every delivery carries the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied together with a full Safety Data Sheet, and lot numbers stay traceable to the manufacturing run.
Delivery covers Kisumu, Uasin Gishu (Eldoret), Nyeri, Meru, Kericho, Trans Nzoia (Kitale), Embu and Nyandarua and the rest of Kenya, with regular export shipments to Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and eastern DR Congo. Store in a cool, dry place away from incompatible materials. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent skin and eye contact. Ensure adequate ventilation during handling to minimize dust generation.
