Zirconium Octoate 12% is an organometallic compound used as a drying agent in paint systems, particularly in alkyd coatings. It enhances drying efficiency and improves the hardness and toughness of the dried film. This product is a clear, light yellow liquid with excellent solubility in various organic solvents.

Typical applications include paint and coating industry, alkyd resin formulations, drying agent in paint systems, Through-dry and surface-dry acceleration in alkyd paints and printing ink drying systems. It is supplied as industrial grade for general process and manufacturing duty, 12%. Zirconium Octoate 12% is available in 25 kg drum, 200 kg drum, and we repack to suit your handling setup. Every delivery carries the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied together with a full Safety Data Sheet, and lot numbers stay traceable to the manufacturing run.

Store in a well-ventilated, dry place, away from heat sources and open flames. Keep container tightly closed. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

P210 Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. P302+P352 IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. P305+P351+P338 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
